D. Salary Ordinance be amended both to add a <br /> position entitled "Neighborhood Services Coordinator" and <br /> to retain the existing Urban Planner III position. The <br /> amended ordinance would clearly reflect your planning <br /> structure and personnel needs, build in opportunity for <br /> advancement and identify the role and function of the neigh- <br /> borhood services coordinator. <br /> The attached job description which you have prepared <br /> should be submitted to the Council 's Personnel and Finance <br /> Committee.
