The Committee recommended that the Excavation permit be increased to <br /> $25. 00; and that the Curb-cut permit be increased to $10. 00 from its present <br /> rate of . 25 since it had not been reviewed since 1896. <br /> Councilman McGann made a motion seconded by Councilman Symkowiak to <br /> have the fees in effect for calendar year 1982 . The motion passed 3-1 with <br /> Councilman Crone in the minority. <br /> Councilman Crone stated that she had a copy of the proposed Park fees. <br /> She noted that the Personnel evhd Finance Committee had suggested earlier <br /> this year to the Park Board that they review their fees in light of costs <br /> reasonably related to such activities. <br /> The Committee noted that the proposed fees were all reasonably related <br /> to the cost incurred by the City in each of the addressed areas . The Committee <br /> further stressed the need to review all fees annually. <br /> Councilman Voorde made a motion seconded by Councilman McGan to <br /> recommend Bill No. 129-81 as amended to the Council favorably. The motion <br /> passed 4-0. Councilman Crone requested the Council Attorney to draft a <br /> substitute Bill incorporating all of the Committee's recommendations. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee the meeting <br /> was adjourned at 4 :55 p.m. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Beverly D.
