Anderson, Parker <br />and Crabill, against the opening of Olive street & Samplestreet across their tracks, <br />and ask for damages as follows: <br />Crossing of Olive street ....... .....$1,226.24 <br />Crossing of Sample street........... 940.20 <br />Final hearing on Roll of Awards of damages and assessment of benefits in the <br />opening of Sample & Olive streets, under Condemnation Resolution No. 30, was deferred <br />until Wednesday September llth, 19072 at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing given on Rolls showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits <br />in the matter of -the opening of Kline street across the L. S. h M. S. R. R. and the <br />opening of Chajjin street, Catalpa avenue, Kendall street and Scott street across the <br />S. S. & S. R. R. under Condemnation Resolutions Nos. 312 322 332 34 & 35 respectively. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore find that the said rolls filed August220,,1907, should be and the <br />same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />
