Engineer -filed estimated cost as follows: Cherry street Pipe Sewer .................... 4-8 8,0 0 Leon Court Grade, Curb & Walk ................ $ 9 7 6,0 0 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Rend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approver... Resolved by the Board of Public Works that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 4th day of September and onthe llth day of September, 1907, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 17th day of September 1907, The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Michigan avenue from the alley west of Johnson street to Olive street; Pipe Sewer on Notre Dame street from Sorin street to City Limits; Cement walk h Curb on Cedar street from Emerick street to Hill sti-eet; Cement Walk & Curb on Coquillard street from Sorin streetto South Bend avenue; Rater Connections on Rush street from Monroe street to Sample street. All under Improveement Resolutions Nos. 4152 354, 405, 427 & 450 respectively. No remonstrantors appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed August 21st, 1907, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shovm on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed August 21st, 1907, and the final estimate allowed August 21st, 1907, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
