699 Wedxesd The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Bids were reseived for water connections on Michigan avenue & Bronson street. Resolution received from the Common Council Pine street from Napier street to the L. S. & M. Engineer for specifications. o asking for Grade, Curb & Walk on S. R.. R. Referred to the IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 457. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size) location and terminal points as follows: 2 sewer ed:` and 10 water connection extensions, as per report adopted by the Common Council.. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE S. MAIN STREET SEWER AND WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall:be bonstructed according to the -plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 29th 6 ay of May and on the 5th day of June 1907, in the South,Be-,id Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the llth day of June, 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Contract signed with the Geo Cutter Co for the following real estate Begi nning at the southwest corner of lot seven in Coqutllar4 second addition to the City of South Bend,•Indiana, thence southeasterly on a straight line to the Southwest corner of lot Nine in said addition; thence southeasterly on a stra*ght line to a point on the West line of Notre Dame street twenty five feet south of the southeast corner of. lot thirteen in said addition; thence south to the St. Joseph River; thence northwest with the river to the east line of St. Peter street; thence north on the east line of St. Peter street to the place of beginning. Said real estate to be used for Park and Boulevard purposes.
