Briek Pavement. <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Grade, Curb & Walk <br />Do. <br />Walk <br />Seger <br />Sewer & Water Connections <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 29 for the opening of Blaine avenue <br />was deferred until June 4th, 1907- at 10 A. 14. <br />Hearing on Improvement Resolution No:�y6, providing for the improvement of <br />Main street from Jefferson street to Division street with Asphalt pavement. <br />Remonstrances having been filed with the board signed by a number of interested <br />property owners and the board being advised in the matter it is ordered that said <br />resolution be amended to read Fain street from the South line of Jefferson street to <br />the North line of Wayne street and it is further ordered that the specifications <br />under said resolution be amended to provide for a curb line 20 feet from the property <br />line on each side of Main street from Jef Person street to Wayne street and that <br />said resolution and specifications as amended be approved and confirmed. <br />Petition filed for Brick Pavement on Portage avenue from the I. I. &. I. R. R. <br />to the City limits. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />City Engineer was instructed to investigate the condition of the Chicago, <br />South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Cots., crossing at Lafayette & Main street./ <br />Engineer filed estimated cost of S. Main street Asphalt Pavement as follows: <br />South Main street Asphalt ` Pavement .............. $6'95 , Ox0 <br />Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 29th day <br />of May and on the 5th day of June, 1907, to the'effeet that this Board will receive <br />bids for the following improvements up to 10 A. M. on the llth-day of June, 1907; <br />Asphalt Pavement on S. Main street from Jefferson street to Wayne street and Asphalt <br />Pavement on Jeff.esson .street -from:: ikichigan.-street to Lafayette street, under <br />Improvement Resolutions Nos. 409 and 444 respectively.
