Wednesday May pith, 1 The Board met in regular session at 10A. 19. Mr. Mclnerny absent. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION. NO. 452. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 14 sewer connections and 26 water connections om Oak street from .Scott street to LaPorte avenue, as per report adopted by the Common Council. Said improvment shall.be known .and design rated as "THE OAK STREET SEWER &, WATER ; CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engr filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 17th day of May and on the 24th day of May, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive.Bids up to 10 a. m. on May 28th, 1907. Adopted May 15th, 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 453. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bind, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, Location and.terminal points as follows: 6 sewer and 5 water connections on California avenue from DeMaude avenue to Woodward avenue, as per report adopted by the Common Council: Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CALIFORNIA STREET SEWER & WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 17th day of Ma'y and on the 24th day of May, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 a. m. on the 29th day of May, 1907, Adopted this 15th day of May 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 454. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South- Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be -made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 2 sewer and 5 water connections on Washington street from Mill street toWestRace, aspen report adopted by the Common Council. Said improvement sha-jl be known and designated as "THE WASHINGTON STREET SEWER & WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil_ Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above i -ork shall be published on the 17th day of ii.ay and on the 24th day of May, 1907 in the South Bend Dctily Times. -:This Board will peceive bids up to-10 a. m. on the 28th day of May, 1907. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 11 water connections on DeMaude avenue from Woodward avenue to Portage avenue, as per report adopted by the Common Counci. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the DEMAUDE AVENUE WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 17th day of May and on the 24th day of May, 1907, in the South BeNd Daily Times This Beard will receive bids for the work up to 10 a. m. on the 29th.day of May, 1907.
