6 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION 'NO: 45. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That it is desirable to vacate the following.* <br />The alley twelve (12) feet wide that runs North from Tutt street to Robertson <br />street, between Lots Nos. 6 & 7 on the plat of Elliot-Tutt's Add to the City of S.Bend <br />That portion of Robertson street lying North of'ihe above alley and north of <br />lotf seven (7) and of the East half (1/2) of lot eight (9) in Elliot Tutt's <br />Addition to the City bf South`Bend, Indiana. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: <br />West 1/2 lot <br />No.9 <br />Elliot Tutt's Addition <br />Francis Peak. <br />East 1/2 lot <br />No:11 <br />Do. <br />Studebaker Bros. Mfg. Co. <br />Lot <br />6 <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Lot <br />No-7 <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Do.. <br />Notice -of this resolution shall be published on the 9th dayof March and <br />on the 16th day of March, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 27th day of March, 1907, <br />at 10 A. M., will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or <br />affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this Sth day of March 1907. <br />® BOARD OF PU13LIC WORKS, <br />President. <br />SATURDAY MARCH 9TH, 1907. <br />The board met In 'regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />In the muter of the. condemnation of the building a1j No. 905 West Division <br />street, owned by A. G. Harlin, the board -decided to continue the hearing in said <br />matter until Saturday April 6th, 1907, at 10 A. M. <br />
