6 <br />VACATION RESOLUTION 'NO: 45. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That it is desirable to vacate the following.* <br />The alley twelve (12) feet wide that runs North from Tutt street to Robertson <br />street, between Lots Nos. 6 & 7 on the plat of Elliot-Tutt's Add to the City of S.Bend <br />That portion of Robertson street lying North of'ihe above alley and north of <br />lotf seven (7) and of the East half (1/2) of lot eight (9) in Elliot Tutt's <br />Addition to the City bf South`Bend, Indiana. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: <br />West 1/2 lot <br />No.9 <br />Elliot Tutt's Addition <br />Francis Peak. <br />East 1/2 lot <br />No:11 <br />Do. <br />Studebaker Bros. Mfg. Co. <br />Lot <br />6 <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Lot <br />No-7 <br />Do. <br />Do. <br />Do.. <br />Notice -of this resolution shall be published on the 9th dayof March and <br />on the 16th day of March, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 27th day of March, 1907, <br />at 10 A.
