6 4 Tuesday March l9th. 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 424. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be -made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:- Grade,.Curb & Walk on Merry avenue from Grant street to Washington street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MERRY AVENUE GRADE CURB_& WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of March and on the 27th day of March' 1907,-in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of April 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in pa<,ment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said.bonds shall bear interest at the rate of Six per cent. per annum, payable as provided by law Adopted this l9th day of March 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 425. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on King street from Portage avenue to Blaine avenue. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE KING STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of March and on the 27th day of Larch 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of April 1907, at 7:15 P._M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to. the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MARION BOULEVARD SIDEWALK IMPROVE- MENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by.the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE COQUILLARD STREET WALK & CURB IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of March and on the 27th day of March, 1907, lin the Souh Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the9th day of April, 1907, at 7:15 P.
