SECTION III. Chapter 9, Article 1, Section 9-3 of the South Bend Municipal Code is deleted in its entirety, and a new Section 9-3 is adopted , as follows : Section 9-3. Reserved. SECTION IV. Chapter 9, Article 1, Section 9-4 of the South Bend Municipal Code is deleted in its entirety, and a new Section 9-4 is adopted , as follows : Section 9-4. Reserved . SECTION V. Chapter 9, Article 1, Section 9-5 of the South Bend Municipal Code is amended to read as follows : Section 9-5 . Adoption of 4f-f-iii-e1- Reg l ti -lsio-.--5- Indiana Flammable Combustible Liquids and Gases Code by reference . (a) The -0-f-=iii-&l- -No-.--5- Indiana Flammable and Combustible Liquids and Gases Code , 1-9-7-3- 1985 edition, as adopted and promulgated by the Iii-an-t�S-tfrt-e- i-re--Gotnm-issi-on Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, together with any and all references thereto is made a part of this chapter with the same force and effect as though set out in full herein.
