559 <br />Tuesday October. 16th, 1906. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER 16TH, 1906, At 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in regular session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Nicar absent. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Washington street <br />from College street to Olive street, deferred until Friday October 19th, 1906, at <br />10 A. 141. Improvement Resolution No. 326. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates forBrick Pavement on the Alley <br />South of Washington street from Lafayette street to Court street, Brick Pavement on the <br />Alley West of Main street from Wayne street to Division street, Grade & Cement Walk on <br />Iffichigan avenue from Wilber street to Olive street, pipe Sewer on Perkins street from <br />Chapin street to Laurel street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 350, 351, 363, 372 <br />respectively. <br />No remonstrants apt}eared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find <br />that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 6tii, 19062 is benefitted in the <br />amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the <br />assessment rolls filed October 6th, 1906, and the final estimate Allowed October 6th, <br />1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, Confirmed and approved. <br />r�J <br />President. <br />
