5 35 The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Mclnerny absent. Bonds of Staples & Ackerman filed and approved and contracts signed for Perkins street Pipe Sewer; Crescent avenue Pipe Sewer and Marietta street Pipe Sewer. Bond of James Nelson & Co filed and approved and contract signed for Perkins street Brick Pavement. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 410. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Twenty-two water connections on Perkins street from Chapin street to Laurel street, according to a report submitted to the Common Council and approved on the 13th day of August 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE PERKINS STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposils"for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 12th day of September and on the 19th day of September 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 25th day of September 1906. Adopted this llth day of Sept 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. 97ic, President.
