All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore fine in 'each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all thin�7s ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 12 th day of July and on the 19th day of July 1906, Ao the effect that this Board will receiv bids for said improvements up to 10 a. m. on the-31st.day of July_ 1906.
