IMPROVEMErdT'RESOLUTION NO. 347. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe ,'Sewer on LaPorte avenue from Washington street to the first alley North. Said improvemen shall be known and designated as "TTdE LAPORTE AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to t_ie plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the l9th day d May and on the 26th day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in theCity Hall on the 12th day of June 1906 at 7:15 P. 14. A,Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the peroperty owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rat-e of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this l9th day of May 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 348. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made -of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Asphalt Pavement on LaPorte avenue foom Washington street to Colfax avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LAPORTE AVENUE ASPHALT PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 19th day of May any' on the 26th day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hear- ing on t is resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of.June 1906, at L, 7:15 P. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BROADWAY STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the l9th day of May and on the 26th day of May 1906, in the South'Bend Daily Times.. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12 day of June 1906, at 7:15 P. M.
