19W <br />Tuesday Mayl5th. 1906. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. ti. Mr. Melnerny absent. <br />Petition filed for Brick Pavement on Cushing street from Michigan avenue to LaSalle <br />avenue. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Hearing as to the amounts of assessments for benefits and damages under <br />Condemnation Resolution No. 22 was deferred until Friday May l9th2 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />Remonstrance filed by Reuben Chreist,- Amanda Six and James Strouder against .the <br />Amount of their assessments under Con Resolution No. 22. <br />Engineer reported grade -on Marine street. Same was approved. <br />Remonstrance filed against the Marietta street Brick Pavement. Same was over -ruled. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for Brick Pavement on Marietta street <br />and Bronson street from Sample street to Vistula avenue, under�y��`Resolution <br />No. 340. <br />In the above matter all remonstrances were over -ruled and the Board therefore find <br />in each and. ever; case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the <br />City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same <br />are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Engineer filed his estimated cost as follows; <br />Bronson & Marietta street Brick Pavement ....... $5,056.00 <br />Hearing on Declaratory resolution for Grade, Curb & Walk on Parry street, deferred <br />until Priday May 19th, 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />Petition filed for the grading of the alley between Monroe and South Street from <br />Fellows street to Rush street. Referred to the Engineer for investigation. <br />Petition filed for the relaying of Walks and curbs and the removal of the poles <br />and wires on E. Sample street from Michigan street to Vistula avenue. - <br />
