42 <br />Tuesday April loth, 1906. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 332 <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an <br />improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Six water <br />annnections on E. Jefferson street from Vistula avenue to the River bridge, according to <br />the report submitted to the Common Council and adopted by them on the llth day of March 1906. <br />Said improvementshall be known and, designated as "THE E. JEFFERSON STREET WATER CONNECTION <br />IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared <br />by the City Civil Engineer, Filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids f?r the execution <br />of the above work shall be published on the llth day of April and on the 18th day of <br />April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 A. Washington street from College street to <br />Olive street, according to a report submitted to the Common Council and adopted on the llth <br />day of March 1906. Said improvement shall°be known and designated as the W. WASHINGTON <br />STREET SEWER ARD WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the <br />plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of <br />proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the llth day <br />of April and on the l8th`day of April 19n6, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will <br />receive bids up to 10 A. Said improvement shall'be known and designated as "THE LELAND AVENUE <br />SEWER & WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans <br />and specifications prepared by,the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.
