Friday April 20th. 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 338. -.Resolved-by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on S. Lafayette street from Sample street to Broadway street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE S. LAFAYETTE STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructedaccording to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice'of this resolution shall be published on the Rlst day of April and on the 2$th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the St day of May 19062 at 7:15 P. M- A Bond or Bonds to -be issued to the Contractor in payment for such vrork where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 20th day of April 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 339• Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be 3}ade of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on Columbia street from Wayne street to the south end of Columbia street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE COLUMBIA STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVED MENT" and shall be oonstructed according to the plans and.specifications prepared by the city Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of April and on the 28th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in'the City Hall on the £nth day of May 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated•as "THE MARIETTA STREET AND BRONSON STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be -published on the 21st day of April and on the 29th day of April 1906, in the'South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of May 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Tutt street from present pavement to. Prairie avenue. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE W. TUTT STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by'the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice df this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of April and on the 28th day of April 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Hoard will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the Sth day of May 19062 at 7:15 P. M.
