Fri IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 321. Resolved by the Board of Public Flo _�ks of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Johnson street And Michigan avenue from Fassnacht avenue to Olive street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE JOHNSON STREET AND MICHIGAN AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of March and on the 31st day of March 1906", in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 10th day of April 19062 at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 23rd day of March 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on S. Chestnut street from Washington street to L. S. & M. S. R. R. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE S. CHESTNUT STRI�,ET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shill be published on the 24th day of March and on the 31st day of March 1906, in the South Bend Daily Timer. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City.Hall on the 10th day of April 1906, at 7:15 P. M.
