■ Frid rd The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Light ordered installed at the intersection of Indiana and the Bowman Creek. Hearing given on Daclaratory Resolution for Pipe Sewer on Ohio Street from Carroll street to High street, under Improvement Resolution No. No remonstratb_rs appeared and. no remonstrances were. filed. The Board therefore find that in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits.to the property and to the City of South B�--nd are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 24th day of March and on the'31st day of March l9M.. to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up t 10 a. m. on the llth day of April, 1966. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 319. Resolved by the Board of Public 'Forks of the City of. South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Golden avenue from Portage avenue to Leland avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE GOLDEN AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of March and on.the 31st day of March 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of April. 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Adopted this 23rd day of March 1906. BOARD of PUBLIC WORKS. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend-, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Allen street from Michigan avenue to south end of Allen street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEN STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVE14ENIT" and shall be construct ed according to the plans and. specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewitil. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th.day of March and on the 31st day of March 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of April 1906, at; J 1!5 P. m. A.
