All members present. <br />Application filed by John Sindlinger for position as Inspector on city work. <br />Petition Filed for the vacation of a 7 foot alley -running South from Michigan <br />I <br />first alley west of Taylor street. <br />Petition filed by W. A. McInerny for rebate on serer tap on Taylor Street. Same <br />was ordered paid. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 40. <br />4 <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />it is desirable to vacate the following:-3, 0 �82) <br />o��i9eS�coLrrc�?�//�faf O�fL-afY-_ 17 row Y,7 oaf Sa�71i <br />All of Lot 5 except 7 feet along the east side. All of Lots 6, 7, 9 16, 17, <br />1919, 202 21 & 22 and all of Harlins Court from Washington street to the south <br />line of Jefferson street.
