Contract signed for same. <br />Communication received from J. M. Studebaker ask-'ng that the Board of <br />Public Works sign an agreement to keep the Electric Fountain, which he donated to the <br />City for Howard Park, in repair and proper running order at all times. <br />Petition filed for the opening of the alley west of Taylor street running <br />south from Michigan avenue. <br />Hearing given on Assessment. Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Bronson <br />street from Main street to Lafayette street and Pipe Sewer on Scott & Lindsey streets, <br />under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 292 & 271 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 19th, 105, and the <br />final estinate allowed December 19th, 1905, should be and the same is hereby in <br />all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
