5 <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 19T11, 1905; AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M.All members present. <br />Hearing on Assessment Rolls and Final estimates for Brick Pavement on Ashland avenue <br />from Leland avenue to Rex street, Brick Pavement on Rex street from Leland avenue to <br />Portage avenue, deferred until Friday December.22,.1905, at 10 A. M. <br />Remonstrance filed by Margaret M. Stull et al against the amounts of their Assessments <br />on the S. Main street Brick Sewer. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and Final estimates for the following improvement; - <br />Brick Sewer on S. Main street from Broadway to Indiana avenue, under Improvement Resolution <br />No. 233. <br />No remonstrators appeared, the above remonstrance was filed. The Board find that <br />the property assessed in said rolls filed December 1st, 1905, is benefitted in the amount <br />of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the assessment roll filed :i) <br />December 1st, 1905, and the final estimate allowed December 1st, 1905, should be and the <br />same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for. the Street Sprinkling <br />on the following streets: - <br />Michigan street from Navarre street to Broadway street, Main <br />atreet from Navarre street to South street, Lafayette street from Navarre street to Monroe <br />street, Taylor_ street from Washington street to one half block north of Jefferson street, <br />LaSalle avenue from Michigan avenue to Michigan street, Colfax avenue from Michigan street <br />to Lafayette street, Washington street from Vistula avenue to Scott street, Jefferson <br />street from St. Joseph street to Taylor street, Wayne street from St. Joseph street to <br />Main street. Under Improvement Resolution No. 239. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that"the property assessed in said rolls filed December lst, 1905, is benefitted in the <br />amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the assessment rolls <br />filed December 1st, 1905, and the final estimate allowed December 1st, 1905, should be <br />and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
