35 Tuesday D The Board met in regular session at 10 A.,9..A11 meribers present. Remonstrance filed against Pipe Sewer and Asphalt paveirent on Laporte avenue from Washington street to Colfax avenue. Lake Shore &Michigan Southern Railroad Company were notified to install and maintain an Arc lamp at the intersection of their tracks and Lafayette street. Petition filed by George Cutter asking that Park avenue be opened through to connect with Leland avenue. Petition filed foran electric light at the corner of Linden avenue and Olive street and one at the corner of Linden avenue and Sadie street. Engineer files assessment rolls and final estimates for the following Improvements to -wit: - Grade, Curb & Walk on Lincoln street from Washington street to Longley avenue, Grade, Curb & Walk on Kerr str eet f•om Chapin street to Catalpa avenue, Pipe Sewer on Scotts:,& LIndsey street, Grading on Portage avenue from I. I. & I. R. R. to City Limits,Grade & Curb on Notre Dame street from Grand Trunk Western R. R. to proposed Boulevard, Grade, Curb & Walk on Birdsell street and Sancome avenue from Linden avenue to Laporte avenue, Grade, Curb & Walk on Haney avenue from Michigan street to Carroll street, Pipe Sewer on W. Jefferson street from Chapin street to Laurel street, Pipe Sewer on Oak street from Scott street to Cottage Grove avenue, Pipe Sewer on Bronson street from Main street to Lafayette street, Pipe Sewer on Dayton street from Michigan street to Witwer avenue, Pipe Sewer on Sherman avenue from Miehigan.avenue to the south end of Sherman avenue, Brick Pavement on the lst alley west of Michigan street from South street to the lst alley South of South street, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 250,'297, 271, 255. 2902 2£,12 2792 3012 274, 292, 3022 2757& 291 respectively. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South.Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 20th day of December 19052 stating that this.Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 2nd day of January, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire w ork'under the above contracts ve accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. T;otice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day of December 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 2nd day of January, 1906, at 7:15 P.
