35 <br />Tuesday D <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A.,9..A11 meribers present. <br />Remonstrance filed against Pipe Sewer and Asphalt paveirent on Laporte avenue <br />from Washington street to Colfax avenue. <br />Lake Shore &Michigan Southern Railroad Company were notified to install and <br />maintain an Arc lamp at the intersection of their tracks and Lafayette street. <br />Petition filed by George Cutter asking that Park avenue be opened through to <br />connect with Leland avenue. <br />Petition filed foran electric light at the corner of Linden avenue and Olive <br />street and one at the corner of Linden avenue and Sadie street. <br />Engineer files assessment rolls and final estimates for the following <br />Improvements to -wit: - <br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Lincoln street from Washington street <br />to Longley avenue, Grade, Curb & Walk on Kerr str eet f•om Chapin street to Catalpa <br />avenue, Pipe Sewer on Scotts:,& LIndsey street, Grading on Portage avenue from I. Jefferson street <br />from Chapin street to Laurel street, Pipe Sewer on Oak street from Scott street <br />to Cottage Grove avenue, Pipe Sewer on Bronson street from Main street to <br />Lafayette street, Pipe Sewer on Dayton street from Michigan street to Witwer avenue, <br />Pipe Sewer on Sherman avenue from Miehigan.avenue to the south end of Sherman avenue, <br />Brick Pavement on the lst alley west of Michigan street from South street to the <br />lst alley South of South street, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 250,'297, <br />271, 255. 2902 2£,12 2792 3012 274, 292, 3022 2757& 291 respectively. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South.Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 20th day of December <br />19052 stating that this.Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments <br />at its office in the City Hall on the 2nd day of January, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire w ork'under the above contracts ve accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. T;otice of this resolution shall <br />be published on the 20th day of December 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times, <br />stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its <br />office in the City Hall on the 2nd day of January, 1906, at 7:15 P.
