Im Proposition of Scribner and Heyworth, Jefferson street Bridge Contractors. Department of Public Works South Bend, Indiana. In the vicinity of the west abutment of the Jefferson street bridge, south of the Indiana Street Railway tracks, we have a quantity of dirt stored. Wayne and South Bend Air Line Traction Company, respectfully app— lis to the City of South Bend, for authority to enter the city with its proposed street and interurban railway line, and respectfully suggests the following route: Beginning at the enter of the east end of Henry street, thence west through the entire length of Henry street, thency by private right of way to the east end of Bowman street, thence through Bowman street to Dale avenue, thence through Dale avenue to Dayton street, thence through Dayton street to Fellows street, thence through Fellows street to East Monroe street, thence through East Monroe street to St. Joseph street, thence through St. Joseph street to East Wayne street, thence through East Wayne street to South Main street, thence through South Main street to Jefferson street. Viaduct under Improvement Resolution No. 241 No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 19th, 19057 is benefitted in 'the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls -and the Board find that the assessment roll filed September 19th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed September 19th, 1905, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. .
