Same were approved. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 303• <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: <br />Grading of East Dayton street from Marietta street to the first alley eas.t of High <br />street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE DAYTON STREET <br />GRADING" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared <br />by the City Civil Engineer, and filed 'herewith. Notice of this resolution shll <br />be published on the 7th day of October and on the 14th day of October, 1905, in the <br />.South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its <br />office in the City Hall on the 17th day of October, 1905, at 7:15 P.
