Tuesday October 17th,Y1�905 SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER 17TH2 1905 AT 7:15 P. 14. The Board net in Special Session Tuesday evening October 17th, 1905. All members present Remonstrance filed against the Dayton street Pipe Sewer. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for Pipe Sewer on Dayton street, Pipe Sewer on W. Jefferson street both under Improvment Resolutions Nos. 302 & 301 respectively. In the above matter a remonstrance was filed against Dayton street Pipe Sewer. The Board find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and - the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Engineer filed his estimated cost as follows. Dayton street Pipe Sewer-* ... $ 900.00 W. Jefferson street Pipe Sewer......... 6o o Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 19th day of October and on the 25th day of October to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 a. m. on the 31st day of October, 1905.
