Tuesday October 17th. 1 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Petition filed by Andred and David Neddo, owners of all the property on <br />Stanfield street from Howard street to the north end of said street, asking permission <br />to grade, curb and sidewalk said street, sidewalk to be 4 feet from the property <br />line instead of 2 feet in order to save shade trees. GRANTED. <br />Contracts signed with Thomas Williams for eater Connections on Tutt street and <br />on Rex street. <br />Contract signed with L. H. Webster for sewer connections on Tutt street. <br />Bonds of C. H. Def reel filed and approved and contracts signed for Brick Pavement <br />&n Ashland avenue, Rex street and on the Alley West of Michigan street. <br />Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 39, deferred until November 14th, 1905, at <br />10 A. M. <br />Opening of Bids for Water Connections on Ashland avenue deferred until Oct 9, 1015 <br />at 10 A. M. <br />Bids opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for sewer connections <br />on Ashland avenue <br />In the matter of the petition of Jacob Kerner et al for change in the curb <br />line of Columbia street from Vistula avenue to the north end of said street, the <br />Board having considered the matter find that the easterly curb line on saAd street <br />should be changed to conform to'a line described as f6ilows: <br />Beginning at a point 11.5 feet north 760 27' west of the north west corner of <br />Lot 109 Original Plat of South Bend and running thence south 130 35' west to a point <br />of intersection of present curb near the northerly line of Vietiala avenue. <br />President. <br />
