The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Petition filed for an(Electric Light at the corner of. Lindsey and Allen <br />streets. Same was ordered in. <br />IMPRO"MENT RESOLUTION NO. 292. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public marks of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an <br />improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; Pipe <br />Sewer on Bronson street from Lafayette street to Main street. Said.improvement <br />shall be known and designated as "THE BRONSON STREET PIPE SEWER" and shall be constru- <br />cted according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, <br />filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 6th day of <br />September and on the 13th day of September, 1905,,in the South Bend Daily Times. This <br />Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the <br />19th day of September, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the property owners sign the waiver required as according to law. <br />Adopted this 6th day of September, 1905. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />P resident. <br />
