Ai • <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> The October 11, 2004 meeting of the Council's Zoning and Annexation Committee was <br /> called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Ervin Kuspa, at 3:46 pm in the Council <br /> Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Kirsits, Pfeifer, Kelly, Puzzello, <br /> Varner,Kuspa,Coleman,Dieter, and White,City Clerk John Voorde,Andy Laurent,Community <br /> & Economic Development Executive Director Sharon Kendall and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, <br /> Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Kuspa noted that the Committee consisted of Council Members <br /> Puzzello,Kelly, Coleman and himself. . <br /> Council Member Kuspa stated that the Petitioners for Bill No. 04-81 which is the <br /> annexation request of Steve and Jean Cooreman, have requested that the Bill be continued until <br /> November 8,2004(October 6,2004 letter attached). <br /> Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kelly that Bill <br /> No. 04-81 be continued until November 8, 2004, at the request of the petitioners. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> Council Member Kuspa noted that Michael J. Danch, President of Danch, Harner & <br /> Associates sent a letter dated October 5, 2004 (copy attached) requesting that Bill No. 28-04 <br /> which is the rezoning request for the property located in the 21300 block of Cleveland Road be <br /> continued until November 8,2004. <br /> Council Member Puzzello made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kelly that Bill <br /> No. 28-04 be continued until November 8, 2004, at the request of the petitioners. The motion <br /> passed. <br /> Council Member Kuspa noted that Michael J. Danch, President of Danch, Harper & <br /> Associates sent a letter dated October 5, 2004 (copy attached)requesting that Substitute Bill No. <br /> 47-04 which is the rezoning request of Bruno & Rosa Cataldo & Teresa Bova for property <br /> located in the 2600 block of Prairie Avenue be continued until the December 13, 2004 meeting. <br /> Council Member Puzzello made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kelly <br /> that Substitute Bill No. 47-04 be continued until December 13, 2004, at the request of the <br /> petitioners. The motion passed. <br /> The Council Attorney noted that she will be unable to attend the December 13th <br /> Common Council meeting, however has talked with Assistant City Attorney Aladean DeRose, <br /> who has agreed to be present for that meeting. <br /> Council Member Kuspa stated that the Council has received a letter dated October 11, <br /> 2004 (copy attached) from Terance D.
