<br />28 <br />Honeywell International Industrial Discharge Permit <br />Management Practices established under Section 17-8 of the South Bend Municipal Code. <br />Records shall include the date, exact place, method, and time of sampling, and the name of <br />the person(s) taking the samples; the dates analyses were performed; who performed the <br />analyses; the analytical techniques or methods used; any information used to demonstrate <br />that the analysis was performed in accordance with methods approved in 40 CFR Part 136; <br />and the results of such analyses. These records shall remain available for a period of at <br />least three (3) years. This period shall be automatically extended for the duration of any <br />litigation concerning the permittee or the City, or where the permittee has been specifically <br />notified of a longer retention period by the Director. <br /> <br /> <br />14. Federal and State Pretreatment Requirements <br /> <br />a. Compliance with this wastewater discharge permit does not relieve the permittee of <br />responsibility for compliance with all applicable Federal and State Pretreatment Standards, <br />including those which become effective during the term of this wastewater discharge <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />15. Authorized Representatives <br /> <br />a. The permittee shall be represented by an Authorized Representative and/or Duly <br />Authorized Representative. <br /> <br />i. The Authorized Representative or Duly Authorized Representative of the permittee <br />shall be: <br /> <br />a. If the Permittee is a corporation: <br />i. The president, secretary, treasurer, or a vice-president of the <br />corporation in charge of a principal business function, or any other <br />person who performs similar policy or decision-making functions <br />for the corporation; or <br />ii. The manager of one (1) or more manufacturing, production, or <br />operating facilities, provided the manager is authorized to make <br />management decisions that govern the operation of the regulated <br />facility including having the explicit or implicit duty of making <br />major capital investment recommendations, and initiate and direct <br />other comprehensive measures to assure long-term environmental <br />compliance with environmental laws and regulations; can ensure <br />that the necessary systems are established or actions taken to gather <br />complete and accurate information for individual wastewater <br />discharge permit requirements; and where authority to sign <br />documents has been assigned or delegated to the manager in <br />accordance with corporate procedures. <br /> <br />b. If the permittee is a partnership or sole proprietorship: A general partner or <br />proprietor, respectively. <br />
