CITY OF SOUTH BEND I HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Michael Holt, 59025 Mercury Dr. Granger, IN 46530. <br />The public was represented by: <br />N/A <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Joan Downs-Krostenko, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and <br />unanimously carried by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission approves the <br />amendment to the petition to include the allowance for a fence. <br />Vote: 8-0. Eight in Favor, none opposed. <br />Motion is approved. <br />Upon a motion by David Wyncott, seconded by Sarah Andrews, and unanimously carried <br />by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES the amended Certificate of <br />Appropriateness Application #2021-0812. <br />Vote: 8-0. Eight in Favor, none opposed. <br />Amended COA#2021-0812 is approved. <br />iv. 2021-0902 Norfolk Southern Bridge City of South Bend Local Landmark #9234-01 <br />(Audio Position: 44:44) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Kyle Silveus, 227 W Jefferson Blvd Suite 1316 South Bend, IN 46601. <br />Andy Alison, 8440 Alison Pointe Blvd Suite 200 Indianapolis, IN 46250. <br />The public was represented by: <br />N/A <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Sarah Andrews, seconded by John Tiffany, and carried by vote, the <br />Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate of Appropriateness Application <br />#2021-0902. <br />Vote: 7-0-1.
