authorized. <br />2. The staff of the City of South Bend. Department of Redevelopment shall be, and <br />hereby are, authorized to approve the form of and execute quit -claim deeds or any other <br />instruments necessary to convey all of the right, title and interest in the Property to the <br />Commission and are further directed to deliver said quit claim deeds to the Commission for <br />recording in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. <br />3. Any and all actions taken by the staff. as authorized herein above, are ratified and <br />confirmed. <br />4.
