This scope of work will be done for the sm of $ <br />i <br />ALTERNATE #2 NORTH WALL: <br />I. Due to power lines and fencing, we will build scaffold to access the north wall. <br />2. Chemical clean the north wall. <br />3. Grind out and repoint failed mortar joints as necessary. <br />4. Remove and replace (2) severely rusting lintels above the upper windows. <br />5. Rebuild the shifted brick work created by the rusting lintels. <br />6. Cut out, install backer rod and seal the coping cap head joints. <br />7. Apply (1) application of Siloxane PD water repellant to the masonry. <br />This scope of work will be done for the sum of $ ( " . <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />1. The fence will need to be removed to provide access to the masonry on the west elevation. <br />2.
