The following information represents our scope of work and pricing. INCLUDED 1N SCC►PE of WORK. 1. Chemical clean the masonry on the church to remove atmospheric stains and surface dirt. 2. Grind out and repoint failed mortar joints as necessary. 3. Remove the awning above the south facing door. Take down the leaning gable. Refurbish or replace the rusting steel lintel. Rebuild the gable back to a plumb condition. 4. Remove and rebuild the shifted south facing parapet above the window. 5. Remove and replace (3) severely rusting lintels above the south facing windows and door. 6. Cut out and replace (10) spalled brick. 7. Cut out, install backer rod and seal the limestone head joints and window and door surrounds using a premium 20 year silicone sealant. 8. Repair and patch (8) spalled or damaged sections of limestone using Jahn Repair Mortar. 9. Remove and replace the upper damaged flue liner in the chimney. 10. Apply (1) application of Siloxane PD water repellant to the masonry. 11. Clean the exterior windows after the water repellant application. 12. Provide plywood for lawn protection with the boom lifts. This scope of work will be done for the sofn f $ ALTERATE #1 WEST WALL; 1. Chemical clean the west wall and sign as discussed. 2. Grind out and repoint failed mortar joints as necessary. 3. Cut out, install backer rod and seal coping stone joints. 4. Remove and replace (10) spalling brick in the sign. 5. Remove and replace (2) severely rusting lintels above the upper windows on the west wall. 6. Apply (1) application of Siloxane PD water repellant to the west wall and sign.
