Mr.Danch <br /> stated that the Fire Department requested the 2nd access point to the area. <br /> Council Member Dieter inquired about the costs of the rentals and was advised that rent <br /> would run between$500 to$700 per month. There is no section 8 housing involved. <br /> Jeff Myers, a Planner with Area Plan,noted that the Area Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing on April 20,2004 and sends Substitute Bill No. 11-04 to the Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation.
