Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Council President White reviewed the Council agenda noting the following information: <br /> 1. President White requested a moment of silence for James E. Davis of Brooklyn, <br /> New York and Dottie Coleman,mother of Sean Coleman,before the Invocation. <br /> 2. Bill No. 47-03 - Favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation <br /> Committee. <br /> 3. Bill No. 50-03 - Favorable recommendation from the Public Works and Property <br /> Vacation Committee. <br /> 4.
