SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL MAY 27, 2003 <br /> INFORMAL MEETING <br /> 3. Bill No. 31-03 -A motion will be needed to consider the third substitute version of <br /> this bill. <br /> 4. Bill No. 27-03 - Discussion was held concerning this bill. Councilmember King <br /> noted that when this bill came before the Area Plan Commission it was amended on <br /> the floor and he has not yet seen a revised version submitted to the Council. <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand noted that a substituted bill was filed prior to the Area <br /> Plan Commission meeting. Councilmember King noted that two (2) amendments <br /> were made to improve the definitions and it was noted that a new page three(3)was <br /> submitted by the Area Plan Commission and the Council has those changes. It was <br /> further noted that this bill will also be amended again. <br /> 5. President White reminded members of the Council that an Executive Session has <br /> been scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Loretta J.
