SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL APRIL 14, 2003 <br /> INFORMAL MEETING <br /> 5. Bill No. 25-03 - A motion is needed to send this bill to the Area Plan Commission <br /> and to set it for Second Reading and Public Hearing on June 9, 2003 with Third <br /> Reading on June 23, 2003. <br /> 6. Bill No. 22-03 - A motion is needed to strike this bill from consideration at the <br /> request of the petitioner. <br /> 7. President White advised that she will announce the next upcoming lecture in regards <br /> to the City Plan. <br /> 8. President White advised that the Council will receive an update on the Weed and <br /> Seed Program and a presentation on the south side by Mr. Bill Schalliol, at their <br /> Informal Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2003. <br /> 9. Councilmember Coleman advised that he held a Parks,Recreation,Cultural Arts and <br /> Entertainment Committee meeting last week to share information regarding a major <br /> capital improvement in the parks. He noted that it is expected that a brief <br /> presentation will be made to the Park Board on April 21st and he expects to call a <br /> committee meeting for April 28th to discuss this matter in more detail. He stated that <br /> he believes everyone got copies of the minutes of the meeting and he would be happy <br /> to discuss it with anyone who is interested. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Loretta J.
