He also noted that they now have a part-time inspector on staff. <br /> He cited the problem with the windows at the Palais Royale where the local Commission was bi- <br /> passed and that the State agency was contacted which then turned down their request. <br /> Council Member White noted that the City Clerk's Office has advised her that Mr. Charles S. <br /> Hayes, the petitioner for a Special Exception and Special Use requested in Bill No. 01-79 will not <br /> be at the Committee meeting but will be at the 7 p.m. Council meeting. <br /> Mr. Don Fozo confirmed the information shared by Council Member White. He noted that the <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals had a hearing on September 20, 2001 on the requests and send them to <br /> the Council with an unfavorable recommendation. He noted that the parking request had been <br /> reduced since the initial request was made. Mr. Fozo also noted that the Alcohol Beverage <br /> Commission turned down Mr. Hayes request for a liquor license. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Udjak made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Coleman that Bill No. 01-79 be sent without recommendation since the petitioner was not present <br /> at the Committee meeting.
