Zoning and Annexation Committee <br /> March 25, 2002 <br /> Page 2 <br /> standards and expectations for this area. <br /> Council Member Coleman inquired about the Mishawaka corporate limits on the eastern side of the <br /> development. Council Member Coleman further noted that he foresees the potential extension to the <br /> north of Hickory Road to SR 23, south of the toll road as development continues in this area. <br /> Mr. Danch stated that there is single-family, a 7-Eleven and mini-warehouses in the area. Mr. <br /> Magliozzi noted that discussions with the city of Mishawaka are needed in light of the current <br /> transportation plan for the area. <br /> Following further discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner <br /> that Substitute Bill No. 12-02 and Bill No. 02-21 be recommended favorably to Council.
