CITY OF SOUTH BEND HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Kevin Buccellato, 304 S. Twyckenham Dr. South Bend, IN 46615 <br />The public was represented by: <br />Cole Hay, 841 Park Avenue South Bend, IN 46616, spoke in favor of this petition. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Patrick Deegan, seconded by David Wyncott, and carried <br />unanimously by vote, the Historic Preservation Commission APPROVES Certificate <br />of Appropriateness Application #2021-0607. <br />Vote: 5-0. Five in favor, none opposed. <br />COA #2021-0607 is approved. <br />viii. 2021-0607A 130 Park Lane Local Landmark, Ordinance #9402-2003 <br />(Audio Position: 1:30:11) <br />The staff report was presented by Adam Toering. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval for the project as applied, with <br />the request that the Commission move for de -designation of the vacated site upon <br />the successful moving of the structure to the new parcel in Riverside Drive Local <br />Historic District. <br />The applicant was represented by: <br />Todd Zeiger, 801 W Washington St. South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The public was represented by: <br />Cecilia Cunningham, 909 Riverside Dr. South Bend, IN 46616, spoke against this <br />petition. <br />Jonathan Kimple and Kiera Duffy, 845 Park Avenue South Bend, IN 46616, spoke <br />against this petition. <br />Andrew and Bridget Hoyt, 844 Park Avenue South Bend, IN 46616, spoke against <br />this petition. <br />David and Julia 933 Riverside Dr. South Bend, IN 46616, sent a letter of support of <br />the petition and opposition of the tree removal. <br />Paul Rodes, 846 Park Avenue South Bend, IN 46616, sent a letter of support of this <br />petition. <br />After due consideration, the following action was taken: <br />Page 15 <br />
