Potential Landmarks — National Register Listings <br />After due consideration, no action was taken. <br />OLD BUSINESS (Audio Position 1.58:14) <br />a. River Bend Local Historic District Lighting Resolution <br />NEW BUSINESS (Audio Position 1:58:23) <br />Commissioner Downs-Krostenko suggested that one of the committees take over the procedures <br />for enforcement and mitigating retroactive COA problems. Commissioner Hertel asked the staff if <br />there was any movement forward with fines and suggested staff reach out to Mr. Turnock to offer <br />suggestions for his project, no action taken. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS (Audio Position 2:07:35) <br />Adam Toering announced that as of the previous Friday he had accepted the role of Historic <br />Preservation Administrator. <br />Administrator Toering told commissioners to look at the email that was sent previously in the <br />week that includes information on upcoming events and projects. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon a motion by Patrick Deegan, seconded by Eric Stalheim and unanimously carried, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 7:43 p.m. <br />ATTEST <br />Do a, -N— 00'—i r3 - 1 -CA 't'1.0' �'_0 La z/ -Zo Z / <br />Joan owns-Krostenko, Secretary Date <br />
