Last year's event was canceled, but in 2019 the <br />attendance was approximately 16,000. We expect that we may need to limit attendance to <br />this year's event due to COVID-19, so estimated attendance right now is about 10,000. We <br />are working closely with the St. Joseph County Health Department to determine what those <br />max attendance capacities will be and will follow their suggested protocols. The location has <br />varied through the years. In 2019 the event was held on the Jefferson Bridge and East Bank, <br />and we plan on having a similar location for 2021. In the years before that Art Beat was on <br />Michigan Street from Colfax to Wayne. <br />If your event is a parade, race, or other processional -type event, please complete Section C.
