Prevailing Specifications: None <br />B. Additions <br />1. Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance and <br />equipment to clean storm sewers, perform pond maintenance and associated work near <br />Laurel Woods subdivision within the City of South Bend. <br />2. The Contractor shall preserve and protect all surrounding property, structures, tenants, visitors <br />and their property from damage caused by the Contractor’s operations. <br /> <br /> <br />XVIII. PLANS <br /> <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: City of South Bend CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />B. Additions: <br /> <br />1. The plans consist of 13 Sheets. <br />2. The work shall conform to the plans. <br />3. The drawings are schematic in nature. <br />4. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for estimating dimensions and quantities of materials. <br />5. In the event that the Special Provisions and the Plans conflict, the Special Provisions shall govern. <br /> <br />XIX. M/WBE-DBE GOALS <br /> <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: City of South Bend Ordinance No. 10693-19, Minority and Women <br />Business Enterprise Inclusion Program Plan <br /> <br />B. Additions: <br /> <br />1. The M/WBE Goals for this Project are: <br />a. MBE 1.4%. <br />b. WBE 4.3%. <br /> <br />2. Complete FORM MWBE-1.0 MWBE Utilization Plan and submit with Contractor’s Quote for <br />Public Work. <br />3. Complete FORM MWBE-2.0 Evidence of Good Faith Efforts and submit with Contractor’s Quote <br />for Public Work. <br />4. Complete FORM MWBE-2.1 MWBE Contacted and submit with Contractor’s Quote for Public <br />Work. <br /> <br />XX. ELECTRONIC DATA <br /> <br />A. Prevailing Specifications: City of South Bend Design and Construction Standards <br />B. Additions: <br /> <br />1. Unless otherwise stated in the Supplementary Conditions, the data furnished by City or Engineer <br />to Contractor that may be relied upon are limited to the printed copies (also known as hard copies). <br />Files in electronic media format of text, data, graphics, or other types are furnished only for the <br />convenience of the receiving party. Any conclusion or information obtained or derived from such <br />electronic files will be at the Contractor’s sole risk. If there is a discrepancy between the electronic <br />files and the hard copies, the hard copies govern. <br />2. When transferring documents in electronic media format, neither the City nor the Engineer make <br />any representations as to long term compatibility, usability, or readability of documents resulting <br />from the use of software application packages, operating systems, or computer hardware differing <br />from those used in the data creation. <br />
