REGULAR MEETING JUNE 22. 2021 125 <br />Mr. Jacob Klosinski, Engineering, submitted Change Order No. I (Final) on behalf of <br />%iolkowski Construction, Inc., 4050 Ralph Jones Dr., South Bend, IN 46628, indicating the <br />contract amount be decreased by $1,889 with an additional two -hundred thirty-five (235) days <br />for a new contract suit, including this Change Order, of $461,491. Also submitted was the <br />Project Completion Affidavit indicating this new final cost of` S461,491 with it new completion <br />date of April 30, 2020.
