The ordinance would also require the petitioner <br /> to update the Council on this same topic of on-site day care or <br /> child care facilities, services, or benefits in their annual <br /> reports. <br /> I believe that this would be a positive addition to the <br /> overall tax abatement procedures utilized by our City.
