Fredrickson <br /> Will to help acquire land and develop a public park in the City <br /> of South Bend and funds are now needed to start the project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I. The Sum of $290,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br /> from the Non-Reverting Fredrickson Park Property Fund and will <br /> be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will be <br /> distributed as set forth below: <br /> 04399.00 Contractual Services $290,000.00 <br /> SECTION II.
