• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7700i -g7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $302, 000. 00 FROM <br /> THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND COMMONLY <br /> REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING <br /> TRUST FUND TO THE STREET DEPARTMENT'S M.V.H. <br /> FUND TO DEFRAY STREET DEPARTMENT RELATED <br /> EXPENSES <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed to defray salaries expenses in the Street <br /> Department due to the decrease in M.V.H. Fund Revenues from the <br /> Gasoline Taxes. Monies are available within the General Revenue <br /> Sharing Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I: That the sum of $302,000. 00 is hereby appropriated <br /> for the year 1987 from the Federal Assistance Grant Commonly referred <br /> to as the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
