Page 2 of 2 <br />KRG and the City departments agreed that if the agreement regarding advertising <br />procedure is not finalized by August 1, KRG could install and activate the digital kiosk <br />cabinets at the prescribed locations to display general, static, non-commercial “Eddy <br />Street Commons” messaging (i.e., no external advertising) until the agreement is <br />finalized (for example – “Welcome to Eddy Street Commons” or similar messaging). If it <br />pleases the Board, it is our intention to proceed in this manner] to minimize disruptions to <br />our tenants and ensure visitor safety during the busiest time of year. <br />Thank you for allowing KRG to provide you with this update.
