Included are expenses relating to on-duty injuries for <br /> police officers and housekeeping expenses at the East Sector Police <br /> Station, transferring the cost of fringe benefits from the Police <br /> Department to the Emergency Communications Center and Fire Department <br /> overtime relating to recall.
